I was looking to take my family on an exotic vacation this year instead of doing the same thing we did last summer. I figured that we could rent an overseas property for a week somewhere like Australia or Greece. I know that my wife would love to go to Greece but the kids have always wanted to go surfing in Australia. I thought that I would find a website with prices and compare the two and whichever was the cheapest, then that would help me decide where we were going this summer.

I typed in rental overseas property into the Google search bar and found a nice site that helped people find places to rent, buy or sell in almost every country you could think of. I found a home in Australia that was located on a beach and had four bedrooms with three baths and was very reasonable to rent for a week. I inquired on it and it was actually available for the week that I had put in for my vacation.

I went home and told my family over dinner about where we were going this year, and they were all very excited. I explained to my wife about looking at Greece and Australia and making the decision to go to Australia this year and possibly going to Greece next year. She did not care which place we went to she said, as long as we had fun.
