Wont do the Same Mistake

I am made aware of the importance of music in wedding party during my elder brother’s wedding two years ago. Unfortunately, they have hired a very inefficient Arizona dance band. Not only that they came several minutes late, they also had a lot of minor technical errors while performing. Their choice of songs is also sometimes disturbing, and the guest can’t seem to enjoy the food and the rest of the party because of them. Even my brother’s wife felt like the band ruined every plans they made for the party.

That is why, I promised myself not to do the same mistake again. When my boyfriend asked me to marry him and I agreed, I immediately started to lay down the needed preparations for the big day. The very first on my list is to find a good Arizona wedding music band. Although my husband told me to left those kinds of details to the wedding coordinator, I told him that this is a task I want to do myself. Good thing, my wedding coordinator recommended a very popular yet affordable band in Arizona. She said that she always hires this band, and she was never disappointed with their performance.

At my wedding party, my brother told me that he was very jealous because my wedding party is flawless.

Curious about Whats Happening
Filed Under (Society & Culture) by Leo

I am a net addict. Any topic would do me a favor of making me happy. From clothes to cars, computers to jewelry. Anything under the sun. I quit my job a month ago and I am telling myself to take a good rest before I embark on a new journey. I have to scour the halls of every possible activity that a jobless person like me can enjoy while I am at this very golden opportunity of having the time of my life. I am jobless but it was my own choice to quit.

One day, I saw this website on the internet. It was an interesting one. I never thought World Current Events would be this interesting. The website presented topics about news from around the world. I was particularly interested about their about the London surveillance cameras and that New York City is going to follow that kind of system to track terrorism in the city. The world is really technologically-advanced already and when we walk on the streets. We are constantly followed by prying eyes that keeps us safe all the time.

Being current is being watched. Safety is really important these days. Being watched by cameras is not deemed as invasion of privacy already. It’s all about being in a place with protection. This website really opened my eyes to the world of good and interesting news. I hope to visit this website every day.

Neighborhood Hero

I went to my boss’ house last weekend. He had a small party for all office personnel as a reward for consistently rising office revenue. The party was a blast. The food was plentiful and the booze was more than unlimited. It was indeed a good break from work, and everybody was really able to socialize with each other. At past midnight, I decided to start my drive home. Some of my officemates decided to stay over, but I have a wedding to attend that day so I have to leaver earlier than the others.

My boss’ house to my condominium building was a two-hour drive. I left a quarter past 1, so it was still very dark outside. After driving for one hour, my car slowly stopped until total halt. I panicked because it was in the middle of nowhere, and I don’t know anything about fixing cars. I called some of my friends in the boss’ house and they contacted an auto transmission repair Tampa, which offer towing services. After just a couple of minutes or so, one of their men arrived and towed my car to the shop. I was just relieved that I was saved from that place as soon as possible. The company was like a superhero in the neighborhood.

While my car was there, I also availed of their differential repair Tampa, so that my car will be just like brand new.

The Realtor and Cleanliness
Filed Under (Home and Garden) by Leo

I have been a realtor for the past twelve years, selling buildings, condominiums and apartments is my cup of tea. Many buyers are often convinced with my sales talks. The last five years was exceptional when it comes to my sales performance. My sales doubled-up. It was fantastic financially-rewarding year for me. But it was not without the smart thinking and convincing sellers to take an effort for their properties to be sold.

When somebody sells something, they tend to forego the cleanliness part. Maybe they were thinking that the new owners will clean the place again once they bought the property. Like for example, a building foregoes awning cleaning, an apartment or condominium owner foregoes exterior house cleaning and concentrates on the bathroom.

For the last five years, I have been convincing owners of realty properties to put their stakes on cleanliness so that their properties will be sold quickly. I always recommend them to use the cleaning service that I saw on the internet, their pressure washing service is really superb. Truly, after every initial site visit, 85 percent the properties are sold. Both the seller and buyers agree on the initial price at times. The buyer buys the property happily and the seller goes home with the cash worthy of his property. And I have become a choice realtor in the company. The secret to my trade: Cleanliness.
