When she saw that I was serious, she said that she’d think about it.  But I didn’t accept that for an answer. I simply wanted her assurance that she’d have them installed before my next visit.

I was just happy to come back and see that she has followed my advice and even installed fixed awnings. She said used her air conditioner less. And I told her that she did me proud because using less of that helped saved the environment.
